Responsibilities

• The Event Management Trainee will gain hands-on experience in organizing and executing events, supporting the event management team with day-to-day operations, and coordinating logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Responsibilities include assisting with event planning, on-site setup and coordination, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or interest in Marketing and Training
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hartford, CT

Preferred

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
