Own and drive the brand’s external communications by planning and executing social media posts, newsletters, events, and in-store visuals, while coordinating owner incentives and sign creation across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Daily posts on social media following a schedule.
  • Weekly email to owners/subscribers.
  • Posting events on social media and website.
  • Plan owner drives, including incentives for new owners, and for employees.
  • Create in-store signage using NCG templates.
  • Create attractive seasonal displays (lobby, in-store, café).

Requirements

  • Experience drafting newsletters, and community engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks appropriately in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Techhnical skills: · Adobe software · Canva · WordPress · MS office suite · Google Workspace
