Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and execution of live event marketing campaigns and retail activations
• Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products, services, and current offers
• Represent client brands in a professional, high-energy environment
• Build relationships with customers and deliver a positive brand experience
• Work alongside experienced team members to develop communication and marketing skills
• Support event logistics including displays, materials, and booth setup
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on marketing strategy and leadership development
• Track campaign performance, customer interactions, and daily goals
• Take on increased responsibility and leadership opportunities as you grow

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Background in customer service, retail, events, hospitality, or sales is a plus
