Assist in coordinating in-house events and marketing support for an AI infrastructure company, with a focus on hands-on event logistics and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in running in-house events from prep to wrap: support run-of-show drafts, vendor and venue coordination, RSVP list building and check-in, signage/swag setup, and post-event recaps with photos, spend, and key metrics. Keep timelines, trackers, and budgets up to date.
  • Coordinate with creative/media/PR agencies on briefs, timelines, assets, and approvals; keep trackers updated.
  • Assist with social and blog content. Draft LinkedIn, X, and Instagram posts; write short blog updates and event recaps; add alt text and basic SEO (keywords, meta, internal links)
  • Support paid/owned campaigns (CPM, CTR, frequency, UTMs/pixels) and media flight setup.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent grad in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field with event marketing or brand experience. Additional technical background preferred but not required.
  • Ultra-organized, detail-driven, strong follow-through; comfortable working live events.
  • Confident writer and communicator across technical + non-technical teams.
  • Basic graphic/video skills (Canva/Adobe/CapCut) and social platform know-how.
  • Familiar with performance basics (CPM, CTR, UTMs/pixels).
  • Technical curiosity about AI/ML/Infra/Cloud; can flex occasional evenings/weekends for events.

Preferred

  • Additional technical background preferred but not required.
