Responsibilities

• Support live event marketing campaigns, promotional events, brand activations, and experiential marketing programs
• Assist with event setup, promotional displays, signage, marketing materials, and on-site activities
• Engage directly with customers and event attendees to represent client brands, products, and services
• Promote brand awareness, customer engagement, and consumer interest during live marketing events
• Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally to customers
• Build positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
• Support community outreach, promotional marketing, and public relations initiatives
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in event, retail, and promotional environments
• Maintain promotional materials, event supplies, campaign information, and marketing documentation
• Provide administrative support with data entry, reporting, record keeping, and other marketing-related tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking with customers and members of the public
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in event marketing, brand promotions, advertising, customer engagement, public relations, communications, or experiential marketing
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or marketing is a plus but not required
