Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and preparing promotional events and activities.
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Welcome and engage customers and event attendees.
• Communicate information about products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with promotional presentations and customer demonstrations.
• Identify customer interests and help connect them with appropriate products or services.
• Support lead generation and customer outreach activities.
• Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Gather customer feedback and share observations with the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with people.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in events, promotions, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
