We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team and support the successful execution of events. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in events, promotions, hospitality, customer service, and brand experiences.

The Event Assistant will support event setup, logistics, vendor communication, and on-site activities while helping create a positive experience for clients and attendees. No previous event experience is required—paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning and logistics.
• Prepare event materials, supplies, equipment, and promotional items.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and event partners as needed.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including organizing event spaces and equipment.
• Provide on-site event support and help resolve issues during events.
• Interact professionally with clients, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Help ensure events are organized, professional, and completed according to schedule.
• Support promotional activities and customer engagement during events.
• Assist with additional event and administrative tasks as needed.

Salary: 35000 - 50000 USD Per annum
