Job Description

ICR Capital, one of the most highly regarded Capital Markets Advisory firms, is seeking a highly motivated professional to fill an Equity Capital Markets Vice President position. This client-facing role will support a senior level team in providing advisory services for companies pursuing the full range of public capital raising alternatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading execution role with private equity and venture capital portfolio companies in equity issuance - IPOs, blocks and follow-on offerings
  • Active dialogue with bankers, capital markets professionals and research analysts
  • Leadership and mentorship of junior members of team
  • Preparation of new business presentations
  • Detailed analysis of equity transaction data
  • Oversight of daily and weekly material creation for internal and external distribution

Job Requirements:

  • 5 to 7+ years of work experience, especially in Capital Markets
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Familiarity with the equity markets and equity transaction processes
  • General corporate finance knowledge
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, excel, and data analytics
