Entry-Level Team Member – Marketing & Promotions (W-2)

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Team Members on behalf of our client to support retail marketing and promotional campaigns in the Portland area. Our client partners with nationally recognized brands to create engaging customer experiences through face-to-face marketing and in-store promotions.

This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, reliable, and eager to build skills in marketing, customer service, and sales. No prior experience is required — full training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers inside retail locations
• Answer basic product questions and help customers explore available options
• Support in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
• Share information about current deals, services, and brand features
• Work alongside team members to create a positive customer experience
• Participate in hands-on training focused on communication and sales fundamentals
• Contribute to team goals and daily performance targets
