Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and community members during promotional activities.
- Introduce customers to featured products, services, and campaigns.
- Communicate information clearly and answer general questions.
- Support promotional events, campaign preparation, and on-site activities.
- Help create welcoming, engaging customer experiences.
- Work collaboratively to support campaign goals and daily responsibilities.
- Participate in training and coaching to improve communication techniques.
- Share customer feedback and observations with team leaders.
- Maintain professional standards in all customer-facing interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly approach.
- Motivation to learn and improve.
- Strong reliability and a professional attitude.
- Comfort speaking with people in person.
- Ability to work independently when needed and contribute to a team.
- Interest in marketing, sales, customer relations, or business development.
