Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and information.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Track project progress and update project documentation accordingly.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain project filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
