Own a clearly defined entry-level pipeline role by learning field outreach, canvassing neighborhoods, and generating roofing appointments for specialists, with a two-week paid training to learn the fundamentals and processes.

  • Entry-level field outreach: generate qualified homeowner opportunities through door-to-door canvassing.
  • Training and onboarding: complete a paid 2-week program to learn fundamentals, processes, and performance tracking.
  • Opportunity generation: focus on creating opportunities for the sales team, not closing deals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Focus on appointment setting in an entry-level field marketing role
  • Canvassing residential neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, and setting appointments for roofing specialists
  • This is not a sales closing role — generate opportunities, not close deals
  • Participate in a paid training program (2 weeks) to learn fundamentals and processes

Requirements

  • No prior experience required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Able to work evenings and Saturdays

Preferred

  • Experience in customer service, retail, athletics, or team-based environments is a plus but not required
