Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person at retail locations or events to promote products and services effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest.
• Build strong customer relationships through attentive service, active listening, and personalized communication.
• Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and increasing brand visibility online.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events to attract new clients and boost brand awareness.
• Handle sales objections confidently by providing solutions that meet customer needs while promoting products passionately.
• Collect data during interactions for market research purposes and provide feedback on customer preferences.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for customer interaction is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts or experience with social media management tools.
• Comfortable performing product demos and public speaking engagements in front of groups.
• Knowledge of retail store products or technical proficiency related to marketing tools is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
• Ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
