Responsibilities

• Represent brands and organizations at retail events, promotional events, and community activities
• Engage directly with customers and event attendees
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and support
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about products, services, or campaigns
• Assist with promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for customers
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Learn campaign procedures, customer engagement techniques, and event best practices
• Support team goals while maintaining a professional customer experience
• Take on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have full-time availability
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or management experience is helpful but not required
