Job Summary

Own the admin and customer-facing workflow spine that keeps orders moving and data clean, while supporting sales, campaigns, and content outputs.

  • Own order processing, quotes, and CRM hygiene to enable sales and on-time fulfillment
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and data alignment
  • Support marketing campaigns, content scheduling, and SEO contributions

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a go-to contact for customers—handling questions, order updates, and support
  • Help prepare quotes, pricing, and proposals to support the sales team
  • Process and track purchase orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain CRM records and keep customer & sales data organized
  • Partner with operations, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Review contracts and ensure everything aligns correctly
  • Support social media efforts (especially LinkedIn) and content scheduling
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, email outreach, and promotions
  • Help create and maintain marketing materials and branded content
  • Contribute to SEO efforts (keyword research, content optimization)
  • Track marketing performance and help turn data into insights
  • Keep marketing assets and content libraries organized

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent grads encouraged!)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred

  • Any exposure to sales, customer service, or marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems or analytics tools
  • Interest in manufacturing, industrial products, or operations
