Responsibilities

• Contact qualified inbound and outbound leads promptly and professionally
• Build rapport with homeowners through friendly, confident conversations
• Schedule in-home estimates for our Sales Team
• Follow up with warm leads who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled
• Maintain daily and weekly performance goals for calls, conversations, and appointments set
• Accurately update customer information and notes in our CRM system
• Represent the Endless Poxybilities brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care
• Work closely with the Sales Team and management to create a seamless customer journey

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Positive, upbeat, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple leads effectively
• Confidence following scripts, processes, and using CRM software
• Strong work ethic with reliability, accountability, and a desire to grow
• A coachable mindset and willingness to learn and improve

Preferred

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, sales, or appointment-setting experience (preferred but not required—we will train the right person)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
