Entry Level Management Trainee

Location: El Paso, TX (On-site)

Overview: Train for a leadership role from day one — starting on the sales floor, then progressing into coaching, recruiting, and running your own sales team, with no management experience required.

Tierwest is looking for an Entry Level Management Trainee ready to build a long-term leadership career with a growing, performance-driven firm. This isn't just a sales role — it's a structured path into people management. You'll start by mastering our direct sales and B2B sales model, then move into training, coaching, and eventually leading a team of your own, with senior leadership supporting your development at every stage.

Your Development Path

• Stage 1 — Foundation: Build core sales and B2B sales skills — customer representation and sales skills, objection handling, closing, and product knowledge — by working the floor alongside experienced reps
• Stage 2 — Coaching: Develop coaching and mentoring skills, hands-on training delivery, and campaign coordination as you start supporting newer team members
• Stage 3 — Leadership: Build recruiting, interviewing, performance management, and team leadership skills as you take ownership of your own team, with full support from senior leadership

What You'll Do

• Sell telecom client brand products to consumer and B2B customers in person, building the sales foundation every manager needs
• Learn to coach and mentor newer team members as your skills develop
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
• Help run team meetings, set goals, and track performance against targets
• Gain exposure to territory management, campaign strategy, and day-to-day operational decision-making
• Work closely with senior leadership on your personal development plan toward a management role

Pay & Development

This role offers weekly pay, with average first-year earnings between $65,775 – $71,700 per year, including performance-based bonuses. Beyond pay, this is a structured leadership track — you'll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, coaching, and running a team, with clear milestones as you progress toward a management position.
