Job Title: Entry-Level Management Trainee

Pay: $600–$1,200 per week (includes hourly base pay, commission; actual earnings depend on performance)

Job Description

Reformed Marketing is seeking Entry-Level Management Trainees to join our team in Virginia Beach. This is a full-time, in-person role based in retail store environments. The position focuses on customer engagement, product promotion, and developing foundational business and leadership skills through hands-on experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Represent client products and services within assigned retail locations
• Interact with customers, answer questions, and provide product information
• Promote and sell products in a face-to-face retail setting
• Learn and apply basic sales techniques and business operations
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
• Accurately track and report daily performance metrics

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation to work at assigned retail locations in Virginia Beach
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No prior experience required; training is provided
