Job Description
Start your career in sales and marketing supporting a nationally recognized brand. We are currently hiring for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position in Cleveland/Independence area working on an AT&T promotional campaign. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, and leadership development. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided.
In this position, you will represent AT&T products and services in a retail environment, helping customers find the best solutions while building your communication and sales skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers face-to-face in a retail setting
Represent and promote AT&T products and services
Present and explain product features, benefits, and current promotions
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Assist customers with questions and general inquiries
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and professional work ethic
Compensation and Benefits
Weekly base pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses
