Entry Level Lead Generation

Full-Time | In-Person

5 Pillar Solutions is hiring an Entry Level Lead Generation Associate to support client marketing and sales campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement.

This role focuses on identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and supporting sign-ups or sales as part of in-person campaigns.

This is a full-time, in-person position. A daily commute to the office is required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail environments
• Help identify and collect potential customer leads
• Support sales conversations by sharing product and service information
• Represent client brands professionally and accurately
• Work with a team to meet daily campaign goals

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing, sales-oriented role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work full-time and commute daily to Farmer's Branch, TX
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
