Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing events and promotional campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Represent clients and their brands in a professional and positive manner
• Support individual and team sales and customer acquisition goals
• Provide customers with accurate and helpful information about products, services, and promotions
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through professional communication
• Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Work with management and team members to meet client goals and event objectives
• Assist with event setup, layout, presentation, and overall appearance
• Support promotional displays, marketing materials, and customer engagement activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, events, sales, marketing, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people and personalities
