Position Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Developer/Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is intelligent, curious, and genuinely excited about AI and modern web technology. You will work alongside our team to design, architect, deploy, and manage websites, marketing automations, and related client projects. We will invest in your growth what matters most is your willingness to learn, your diligence, and your attitude.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and deploy websites for our agency's clients using modern frameworks and tools

- Use Claude Code and other AI tools daily to accelerate development, debugging, and design tasks

- Build and maintain marketing automations (email, CRM, workflows, integrations)

- Collaborate with team members and clients to translate requirements into working solutions

- Assist with ongoing website management, updates, QA, and performance monitoring

- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to provide outstanding customer service

- Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities as they emerge

What We're Looking For

- Proficiency with Claude Code (or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use it effectively)

- Strong problem-solving ability

- A genuine passion for AI, automation, and emerging technology

- A self-starter mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow

- Diligence, attention to detail, and follow-through on tasks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A customer-service orientation — friendly, responsive, and professional

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (formal degree not required)

- Basic design sensibility and an eye for clean, user-friendly interfaces

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience with platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or similar website builders

- Exposure to marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and basic deployment workflows

- Any prior freelance, internship, or personal project experience building websites or automations

- A portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of things you've built (even small personal projects)
