Entry-Level Customer Engagement Representative

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers and event attendees in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Brand Communication: Explain relevant products, services, promotional campaigns, and brand information clearly.
• Event Marketing: Support customer-facing activities at promotional events, community events, and brand activations.
• Customer Questions: Respond to general inquiries and direct customers to appropriate resources when needed.
• Relationship Building: Help create positive customer experiences through attentive communication and professional conduct.
• Campaign Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach activities, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant observations to team members.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to coordinate activities, share information, and support campaign objectives.
• Training & Development: Participate in onboarding, team meetings, and training sessions to strengthen communication and customer relations skills.
