We are seeking an Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support internal and external communications, assist with messaging, and help maintain consistent brand voice across platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in communications.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and editing internal and external communications
Support email correspondence and client messaging
Help coordinate communication between departments
Maintain communication records and documentation
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and materials
Ensure consistency in messaging and tone

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email platforms)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
