Responsibilities

• Get familiar with current AT&T Business campaigns and understand what each brand promotion is designed to communicate.
• Put campaign messaging into practice through engaging in-person conversations with local customers.
• Experiment with different communication approaches and learn what creates interest around the brand with different audiences.
• Pay attention to customer questions and reactions to understand how brand messaging can be made clearer and more relatable.
• Help turn campaign interest into sales and enrollment by connecting customers with relevant AT&T Business options.
• Work with other Entry Level Campaign Manager team members to exchange ideas, discuss customer feedback, and strengthen future brand conversations.

• Interested in marketing, communications, business, sales, brand development, or customer engagement.
• Comfortable meeting new people and trying different approaches to communication.
• Positive, dependable, and open to feedback and new challenges.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, customer service, athletics, student organizations, or other team environments can transfer well to this opportunity.
• Entry-level friendly; no previous marketing, telecommunications, AT&T, B2B, or brand experience is required.
