Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead day-to-day contact for assigned partnership accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage execution of all account deliverables and asset obligations including hospitality, branding, experiential activations, marketing and other deliverables to ensure brand standards and expectations are met
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop creative concepts and opportunities that maximize partnership value and audience engagement
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic planning discussions to develop innovative partnership, entertainment, and marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives
- Develop and maintain project timelines, status trackers, deliverable schedules, and account recaps
- Prepare presentations, pitch materials, partnership recap decks, status reports, and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Track budgets, expenses, asset fulfillment, invoicing, and account-related financial reporting
- Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide recommendations to maximize value, engagement, and return on investment
- Identify opportunities for partnership growth, upsell opportunities, and incremental revenue generation
- Support negotiation processes, contract coordination, and internal approval workflows related to partnership initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in venue, sports team, partnerships, sponsorships, account management, entertainment, sports marketing, hospitality, or related field
- Experience managing client relationships, partnership activations, and marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of sponsorship fulfillment, branding, hospitality, experiential marketing, and promotional strategy
- English
- Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to travel and work onsite at events, activations, and partnership meetings as needed
