Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly email & SMS marketing calendar
• Write all email and SMS copy (campaigns, launches, promotions, flows)
• Manage and optimize all Klaviyo flows including: Welcome series Abandoned cart Browse abandonment Post-purchase Customer win-back Cross-sell / replenishment
• Manage and optimize SMS campaigns in Postscript
• Work with our designer to turn campaigns into final email designs
• Continuously A/B test subject lines, messaging, offers, and segmentation
• Optimize segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle triggers
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue from retention channels
• Provide monthly reporting and performance insights

Requirements

• 3+ years managing email marketing for DTC e-commerce brands. (Ideally beauty or fragrance brands)
• Strong experience with Klaviyo (required)
• Strong experience with Postscript or other SMS platforms
• Prior experience working with beauty, fragrance, skincare, or cosmetics brands
• Proven experience scaling revenue through email and SMS marketing
• Strong direct response copywriting skills
• Deep understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and deliverability
• You must be comfortable owning this channel end-to-end without heavy oversight.
