Job Summary

Own post-sale client management to drive onboarding, campaign execution, and renewals for performance campaigns with strong emphasis on CPA and CPC performance, reporting, and growth opportunities.

Manage onboarding, set expectations, and coordinate launches with internal ops to hit timelines and KPIs.
Lead regular performance reviews, optimize campaigns, and surface renewal or upsell opportunities with clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following contract execution.
Take over client relationships from the sales team and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Manage client expectations regarding campaign timelines, performance, and deliverables.
Conduct regular performance reviews and status updates with clients.
Identify opportunities for account growth and renewal.
Coordinate campaign launches with internal scheduling and operations teams.
Ensure all campaign assets, targeting requirements, and technical specifications are received and approved.
Oversee the setup and execution of: CPA campaigns CPC campaigns Dedicated email campaigns Newsletter sponsorships Other performance marketing initiatives
Monitor campaign pacing and delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, performance concerns, or operational bottlenecks.
Work closely with media buying, scheduling, and operations teams to maximize campaign performance.
Track campaign delivery against agreed objectives and KPIs.
Analyze campaign results and recommend optimization opportunities.
Ensure campaign commitments are fulfilled and documented blind?; Prepare campaign reports and client-facing performance summaries.; Escalate issues internally when intervention is required to meet delivery targets.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in account management, campaign management, client services, or customer success.
Experience in email marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or media operations.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Experience working with performance-based advertising models such as CPA and CPC.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience in financial marketing, investor acquisition, or capital markets-related campaigns.
Understanding of email marketing operations and campaign scheduling.
Familiarity with email deliverability, performance metrics, and audience targeting.
Experience with CRM, reporting, and campaign management platforms.
Background in agency account management, publisher operations, or ad-tech environments.
