Email/SMS Growth: Own campaigns, automations, segmentation, and deliverability to lift revenue per recipient and retention.
Cross-functional Launches: Partner with agency partners and internal creatives to support launches, promotions, and storytelling.
Experimentation and Tools: AI tools to test relentlessly, learn fast, and move faster while protecting list health.

Job Description

Own and optimize our email and SMS ecosystem
Build campaigns, automations, and segmentation strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
Improve KPIs like revenue per recipient, retention, engagement, and conversion
Coordinate with agency partners and internal creatives
Test relentlessly and learn quickly
Maintain deliverability and list health
Collaborate across departments to support launches, campaigns, promotions, and storytelling
Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude intelligently to move faster and work smarter
