Job Description
Responsibilities
- Email + SMS strategy (Klaviyo)
- Campaign calendar (weekly sends, promos, launches)
- Flow optimization (abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
- Customer segmentation + targeting
- A/B testing (subject lines, offers, timing)
- Revenue performance from email/SMS
Requirements
- Proven experience in Klaviyo (non-negotiable)
- Strong background in eCommerce (DTC or B2B)
- Data-driven (open rate, CTR, conversion focused)
- Ability to own the entire lifecycle channel
- Creative + strategic thinker (not just execution)
Preferred
- Experience in beauty / hair / fashion
- SMS (Attentive, Postscript, etc.)
- Shopify experience
