Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Email API Developer. The selected candidate will design, develop, and maintain email API integrations and systems to support seamless email delivery processes. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing email APIs, troubleshooting technical challenges, ensuring reliable API performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and continuously explore opportunities to improve email infrastructure and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in API development, integration, and maintenance.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Understanding of SMTP, email protocols, and email delivery optimization.
• Experience with cloud services, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of database management and integration (e.g., SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with security protocols and preventing email-related vulnerabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
