Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Enhance online revenue and customer engagement through strategic product placement, meticulous merchandising execution, and ongoing optimization of the digital commerce experience.
  • Promote, support and facilitate the sale of luxury jewelry and watches while cultivating and maintaining client relationships across phone, email, text, live chat, and other communication channels.
  • Successfully operating the company website effectively, optimizing user journeys, and aligning efforts with the technology, consultants, and marketing teams.
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment: The ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, open support tickets and communicate with multiple clients simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • In partnership with the marketing department, plan a monthly campaign calendar for email & SMS.
  • Responsible for building and scheduling 2-3 email & SMS campaigns each week.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategies, web platform management, e-commerce sales operations, data analytics and management
  • Secondary or post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power BI, Adobe Photoshop email platform such as Klaviyo
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and identify jewelry trends to inform the business
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Support, execute internal events and willingness to travel as required for external events.
  • Experience partnering with vendors or 3rd parties in the following areas: ensuring that deadlines are met, that plans are accurate and budget/goals are achieved
  • Must be flexible in availability and be willing to work during peak times.
  • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in jewelry knowledge, sales and operations is preferred
