Responsibilities

• Enhance our e-commerce catalog by reviewing and editing item content to meet quality standards.
• Manage large data sets in our PIM, ensure proper item classification.
• Collaborate with the Site Merchandising Team on new categories.
• Monitor Product Display Pages (PDPs) for accuracy, conduct periodic audits.
• Assist with customer-specific item setups.
• Ensure high-quality product descriptions and visuals, helping customers make informed buying decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0 years of professional experience (1-2 years relevant internship experience a plus)
• Microsoft Excel experience and collegiate-level proficiency required
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to use spreadsheets to maintain attention to detail
• Drive to constantly improve complex business processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Practical judgement and sound reasoning
• Has a great attitude
• A team player

Preferred

• Any technical skills such as: coding, R, Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI or advanced AI/ML are a plus, but not required
• PIM experience managing PDP content in an e-commerce environment is preferred, but not required
