Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day performance and execution of the ecommerce websites, supporting revenue growth and conversion
  • Owns the end-to-end process for getting products live online, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Oversees product content including imagery, copy, attributes, pricing presentation, categorization, and hierarchy
  • Ensures product pages contain clear, compelling, and accurate information to support customer purchasing decisions
  • Partners closely with Marketing and Creative to translate campaigns into effective onsite execution
  • Ensures accurate and consistent product information by working with Category Merchants and Suppliers
  • Partners with Technology teams and external vendors to define requirements, test functionality, and launch enhancements
  • Ensures all site updates and enhancements are implemented accurately and meet business requirements
  • Analyzes site, product, and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develops and maintains reporting and dashboards to track performance and execution status

Requirements

  • Strong ecommerce merchandising and content management experience
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms, CMS tools, analytics, SEO, and onsite optimization tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5–10 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Experience owning website execution, content management, and site enhancements

Preferred

  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge helpful but not required
  • Furniture or retail experience is a plus
