Position Overview

Kenney Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content & Graphic Design Specialist to support both the Marketing and E‑commerce teams. This role is responsible for the conceptualization, design, and production of high-quality visual content that strengthens brand presence and supports business growth. The position requires strong technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and the ability to execute precise, brand‑aligned work across digital and print channels.

Position Responsibilities

E‑Commerce Content Development

  • Create and manage content for e-commerce platforms, including enhanced graphics for image stacks, A+ content, brand guides, buying guides, brand store assets, social media posts, Salsify catalogs, and website content.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and organization of all product content within e-commerce databases.

Sales and Marketing Support

  • Develop sales and marketing materials such as sell sheets, presentation boards, photography edits, and sample mock-ups.
  • Continuously refine and elevate the quality, clarity, and professionalism of company presentation materials.

Corporate Collateral Management

  • Collaborate with product managers to update the sales manual, price books, and promotional sell sheets.
  • Support the preparation and release of corporate collateral for twice-yearly market weeks.

Packaging Mockups and Pre‑Press Coordination

  • Assist in the creation of physical packaging mockups for sales presentations, including printing, laminating, and hand-cutting samples to closely represent production-quality packaging.
  • Prepare digital files for flexographic printing plates and support pre‑press production workflows.

Required Technical Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with the ability to execute artwork accurately and in alignment with customer-specific style guides.
  • Familiarity with current AI-based image and content creation tools.
  • Experience with packaging design and pre-production processes
  • Experience managing e-commerce database content; Salsify experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, in-office position based at Kenney Manufacturing headquarters in Warwick, Rhode Island. Standard office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
