Job Summary

Own cross functional operations and process improvement in ecommerce to lift traffic, conversion and revenue while shaping resource plans and long term strategy.

  • Channel & Stakeholder Alignment: act as the digital channel management touchpoint and keep leadership informed through regular planning and risk management.
  • Strategic Planning: set resource strategy and evolve the work scope to support long term business goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Manage team priorities by providing clear direction, assessing current and upcoming workload and utilizing data for adjustments. - Optimize and inspect business processes and day-to-day business operations focused on driving online business results (traffic, conversion, attach and revenue). - Manage the development, optimization and sustainability of processes and documentation with an emphasis on business activities, roles and responsibilities. - Drive the short-term and long term strategy/planning for resources and the evolution of the work. - Influence cross-functional business leaders in managing the operational changes, issues, risks and operational results. - Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including regular meeting rhythms and future planning to anticipate and support business needs. - Act as a key business contact within the digital channel management team for respective categories. Requirements - 5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, operations, analytics, demand planning or merchandising - 3 years of experience influencing and managing cross-functional disciplines - 2 years of experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business goals - Experience in project management, process enhancement, or standard operating procedures Preferred - 4 years directly and indirectly leading teams - 4 years of experience leading cross-functional groups to isolate business opportunities and drive the most efficient outcomes - Proficient technical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically - Proven ability to effectively execute executive-level communication both verbally and in written form with leadership, management, team members, and cross-functional partners Benefits - We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
