Job Description

US Salary Range: $87,000 - $100,000 base; $162,000 - $175,000 on-target earnings

About the Role

The Account Executive, Enterprise and Social Movements is a quota-carrying role focused on selling into unions, ballot measures, referendums, grassroots and mid-size progressive nonprofit organizations. This role emphasizes outreach, discovery, and early-cycle relationship development, with a strong commitment to driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, relationship building, and promoting our SaaS solutions tailored for the progressive, political organizing community. 

 

Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities: 

  • Source and qualify leads from the progressive and social change ecosystem. 

  • Conduct consultative discovery to identify solution fit. 

  • Deliver platform demonstrations and proposals. 

  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns. 

  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce. 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Knowledge of organizing models in unions, nonprofits, and movements. 

  • Excellent communication skills. 

  • Ability to work in fast-paced political cycles. 

  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales tech tools. 

 

 

Qualifications (Required and Preferred) 

Required: 

  • 2+ years experience in organizing, nonprofit work, or sales. 

  • Strong understanding of mission-driven tech buyers. 

Preferred: 

  • Prior use of NGP VAN or EveryAction. 

  • Familiarity with voter engagement or advocacy CRM solutions. 

This position is a part of a bargaining union represented by CWA Local 1400, 2336, or 13000.
