Job Summary

Own end-to-end eCommerce strategy across D2C and marketplaces, balancing brand experience with third-party channels and driving profitable growth.

  • Own eCommerce strategy and P&L across D2C and retail platforms, expanding presence in emerging marketplaces.
  • Align digital initiatives with brand, sales, and fulfillment to ensure cohesive execution and data-driven decisions.
  • Lead data, privacy, and platform partnerships while driving automation and AI-led personalization and lifecycle marketing.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy across owned (D2C) and third-party platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.) for our Home Finishing and Professional Finishing businesses.
  • Partner with Contractor eCommerce customers and third-party sellers that balances channel conflict with opportunity ensuring we are providing a consistent, best-in-class brand experience.
  • Align digital initiatives with brand, sales, and fulfilment teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Lead digital transformation efforts to ensure we are continually evolving along with our customers.
  • Own the eCommerce business, driving profitable growth across D2C and retail.com channels.
  • Work collaboratively with the brick and mortar sales team to avoid merchant or retailer disruption.
  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies tailored to each digital channel.
  • Expand presence in emerging marketplaces and explore new digital revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to manage eCommerce media and technology budgets; negotiate contracts with agencies, marketplaces, and vendors.
  • Ensure excellence in digital shelf execution: work with the internal Marketing team for content strategy and creation, ratings & reviews, search visibility, and availability.
