Job Summary

The e-Commerce Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the online product assortment to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and support overall digital growth. This role ensures accurate product setup, compelling merchandising execution, and ongoing performance analysis to maximize conversion and revenue.

Essential Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for things related to finding and selecting a product online. This includes, but is not limited to, Site Search, Navigation, Product Results Pages, Product Detail Pages, Product Images and content related to guided shopping experiences
• Manage product setup, categorization, and merchandising on the e-commerce platform
• Ensure product content is accurate, complete, and optimized (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing)
• Monitor site performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, sell-through, inventory levels)
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to recommend assortment and pricing strategies
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, IT, and Inventory teams to execute site updates and campaigns
• Maintain merchandising calendars and promotional timelines
• Conduct routine site audits to ensure optimal user experience and navigation
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling

• Experience with SEO best practices
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles
• Familiarity with PIM or ERP systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting

Experience/Skills/Education Sought

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferred being Magento/Adobe Commerce)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies
