Pay: $80,000–$125,000 total compensation — $80,000 base plus channel-aligned variable comp paid on

online sales growth

Brook Mays Music has been Texas' band and orchestra headquarters since 1901. We're a growing company

with 13 stores across DFW and Houston. Our online business spans Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Reverb, and

our own storefront.

Our online business has real headroom, and the job is to grow it. This is the seat that does that —

with AI tools that handle listing, pricing, and content, not a room full of people doing it by hand.

This seat grows. We're not looking for someone who already has "Head of Digital Commerce" on their

resume. We're looking for the person who grows into it. Own this seat well for 2–3 years and it becomes

Head of Digital Commerce & Marketing — with a bigger scope and team as online revenue grows.

What you'll do:

- Own the online P&L end to end: Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Reverb, and our storefront

- Direct the AI tools that already handle our listing, pricing, and content work

- Set the strategy and goals — the tools handle the repetitive execution

- Rebuild this channel's growth trajectory, and take it further

- Own digital marketing and content for the storefront

- report directly to senior leadership — this isn't a role buried three layers down

What we're looking for:

- Real marketplace or e-commerce operating experience — you've run these accounts, not just studied them

- Comfortable owning a real number, not a vanity metric

- AI-native — you want to direct tools that do the transactional work, not manage a team doing it by hand

- If you play an instrument or love music, that's a real plus — we mean it warmly

- Ready for more responsibility than your current title reflects
