Responsibilities

• Enhance online storefronts to elevate customer experience and boost conversion rates
• Publish visual assets, branding elements, promotional banners, and lifestyle graphics across digital platforms
• Support marketing tasks such as ad copy drafts and content scheduling, with guidance from the marketing team
• Use AI tools to help draft and refine marketing and product copy at scale
• Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce, and other marketplaces as we add them
• Keep listings consistent across channels — titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, and inventory sync
• Monitor listing health and flag issues such as suppressed listings, policy violations, or image/spec mismatches
• Coordinate with design and production teams so new SKUs go live accurately across all channels],

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven track record managing paid social campaigns via Meta Business Suite or comparable ad networks
• Experience using digital analytics reporting to gauge marketing performance and guide strategy
• Design skills for web, social, and email assets using Adobe Creative Cloud
• Required: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Prior experience listing products on at least 2–3 of: Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce
• Highly detail-oriented — comfortable managing large catalogs without letting errors slip through
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up content creation
• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Required: At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce merchandising
