Job Description
Responsibilities
- Host engaging livestreams featuring e-bikes and related products
- Clearly explain product features, battery range, charging, safety, and the riding experience
- Safely ride and demonstrate e-bikes on camera, both indoors and outdoors
- Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Respond to live comments and customer questions in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
- Assist with livestream setup, product preparation, and content organization
- Learn product information and communicate it accurately
- Maintain an organized posting schedule and stable weekday availability
Requirements
- Confident, natural, and engaging on camera
- Comfortable riding and demonstrating an e-bike safely
- Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar content
- Basic mobile video editing skills, such as CapCut
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-engagement skills
- Reliable transportation to City of Industry
- Stable Monday–Friday afternoon availability
- Responsible, punctual, and interested in a long-term working relationship
Preferred
- Livestream sales, automotive, bicycle, outdoor-product, or content-creation experience is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn the products thoroughly is essential.
