Salary: $75,000 plus vacation benefits
Role Description The DTC Ecommerce/Amazon Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, remote location position. Atlanta-based applicants would be advantageous but not necessary. This role is a hands-on position responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, including, but not limited to:
- Review demand and sales trends and update demand requirements.
- Monitor inventory on-hand levels to ensure all Claire Burke website sku's are fully stocked and available. Analyze sales trends and report concerns and opportunities directly to the President.
- Issue replenishment purchase orders, aligning supply with promotional and seasonal activity
- Optimize stock levels, resolve order/shipment issues, communicating clearly with internal team members and external vendors to maintain product availability.
- Own Amazon FBA fulfillment operations, including shipment creation in Seller Central, FNSKU prep and labeling requirements, and case-pack configurations. Manage FBM orders and ensure Amazon account is healthy and growing.
- Oversee Walmart Marketplace and TikTok shop listings, inventory, orders, fulfillment, returns and operational performance
- The manager will use analytical tools and reports to identify risks, improve efficiency, and support data-driven operations.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical thinking and are able to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions to create timely purchase orders to maintain adequate inventory levels at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience ins supply chain.
- Experience with specifically Shopify platform ecommerce website(s)
- A college degree or equivalent
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, including DTC fulfillment operations.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools, and comfortable working with reports and dashboards.
- Must have a good sense of humor!

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a good team member with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
