Job Description
Role Overview:
Luxury Fashion Nili Lotan is looking for a DTC Allocator to join our team. This is a key operational role responsible for supporting the flow of inventory across Nili Lotan’s DTC business. This position partners closely with the Planner, Buying, Retail Operations, and Distribution teams to execute seasonal allocations, manage replenishment and consolidations, maintain store capacity, and support inventory productivity across stores and E-commerce. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within planning and buying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute initial seasonal allocations across all DTC stores and E-commerce in alignment with assortment strategy and store capacity guidelines.
- Support ongoing in-season allocation adjustments based on sales performance, deliveries, and business priorities.
- Monitor sell-through, weeks-cover, and size performance by store and style to drive replenishment needs from the warehouse.
- Execute inter-store consolidations to balance inventory and support full-price selling.
- Maintain store capacity levels by category and support clean back-of-house inventory flow.
- Assist with seasonal and ad-hoc store recalls to support inventory optimization and aged stock management.
- Own and maintain core operational trackers including:
- Reorder tracker
- Inventory receipt tracker
- Seasonal delivery calendar tracker
- Store consolidation and inventory flow tracker
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates across all allocation and inventory tracking tools.
- Support the Planner with weekly sales and inventory reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Assist in identifying replenishment opportunities, inventory risks, and allocation needs in-season.
- Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising and Logistics to support product launches and floor sets.
- Contribute to process improvements as allocation and inventory needs evolve with business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience (including internships) in Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Buying, Inventory Management, or a related analytical retail function.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and retail math, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable inventory recommendations.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Merchandising, Planning, Buying, and Store Operations teams.

Salary: While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Nili Lotan reserves the right to pay outside of the published range.
