We’re hiring a contract Drone Content & Growth person for AeroAnchor.

AeroAnchor is an early-stage drone accessories brand focused on control, ergonomics, and how drone operators actually use their gear in the field.

We’re looking for someone to help build our Instagram, create content, talk to operators, and help shape the brand through real-world feedback.

This is not a typical social media role.

You will:

• Create and publish Instagram/Reels content

• Film and edit content

• Engage with drone operators through DMs, comments, and outreach

• Help gather feedback from real operators

• Support early website direction and messaging

• Test ideas quickly and learn what actually works

You should:

• Understand drones, content, or both

• Be comfortable creating content yourself

• Be a self-starter

• Be willing to talk to operators and businesses

• Be okay with early-stage building, not corporate structure

This is a paid contract role to start, with room to grow based on ownership, execution, and results.
