Job Description

Drive downstream product marketing and demand programs for B2B medical devices and CRT-related products.

  • Plan, launch, and manage demand and conversion programs end-to-end; directly execute campaigns and optimize performance.

  • Measure program performance and report ROI: pipeline influenced, conversion rates, CAC, ARR/expansion, retention impact.
  • Own vendor/agency relationships as needed and manage modest budgets with strong ROI focus.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related degree.

  • Proven track record of creating buyer-focused messaging and sales enablement that drives measurable pipeline or revenue.

  • Background in complex rehab technology (CRT) or adjacent industries with similar buyer profiles.
  • Basic SQL or analytics tool experience and comfort with A/B testing.
