Responsibilities

• Distribute door hangers and yard signs in targeted neighborhoods to maximize outreach and brand exposure
• Engage with community members courteously, answering questions and providing information about products or services
• Coordinate with team members to plan efficient routes and coverage areas for distribution campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of locations visited, materials distributed, and feedback received
• Promote client campaigns through effective canvassing techniques, emphasizing clear communication and active listening
• Assist in setting up and removing yard signs at designated locations, ensuring proper placement for visibility
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events or community activities as needed

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience or leadership skills to coordinate distribution teams effectively
• Strong background in marketing principles and customer service excellence
• Experience with door-to-door sales, canvassing, or telemarketing to engage potential customers confidently
• A valid drivers licens is also required
• Reliable transportation and the physical stamina to walk or stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies can enhance campaign effectiveness
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey messages and negotiate with residents or clients
• Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling communication with diverse community members
