Responsibilities

• Use interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team to evolve product vision and build design solutions.
• Contribute and evolve Headway design system (Helix) as we scale provider experiences.
• Contribute to team culture, process, foundation, and help grow a world-class startup design team.

Requirements

• Have 5-8 years experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience in delivering beautiful, innovative consumer-facing experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma, daily collaboration with product and engineering partners.
• Ability to work with a user researcher to test concepts weekly with potential patients.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
• Motivation by Headway’s mission to improve access and affordability in mental healthcare.

Preferred
