Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth trajectory of Booksy’s US market and architect the future of the beauty and wellness industry in the US.
  • Shape a marketing vision that balances global brand power with US market nuance.
  • Be a key strategic partner for US growth engine, leading budget decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead a high-performing team to build deep brand equity and community engagement.
  • Ensure every campaign, from performance marketing to content strategy, contributes to long-term mission and market leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong prior experience within Marketing Leadership; own the budget and decision-making.
  • Tech sector Experience: scaling marketing function within internet marketplace, SMB-focused Tech or SaaS.
  • US Market Mastery: deep understanding of the US consumer landscape and local resonance.
  • Data-Driven Vision: using analytics to guide strategy, optimize media spend, and drive performance marketing outcomes.
  • Collaborative Influence: ability to inspire senior leadership and cross-functional global teams.
  • Agility & Ambition: results-oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and pivots strategies quickly.
  • Remote role requiring ET hours (some travel to relevant marketing events).

Preferred

  • Experience scaling a marketing function within an internet marketplace or SMB-focused Tech/SaaS.
  • Strong collaboration and influence across senior leadership and global teams.
  • Ability to adapt global strategies for local US market resonance.
