Job Description

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of brand and digital strategists, content managers, and social media professionals.
Conduct research on consumer behavior, market trends, competitive landscapes, and cultural shifts.
Transform complex data and insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
Develop strategic frameworks that drive brand positioning, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
Create and oversee insight-driven creative briefs that inspire exceptional creative work.
Partner closely with creative teams to bring strategic thinking to life across campaigns and content.
Collaborate with agency leadership and clients to solve business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
Present strategic recommendations, campaign approaches, and creative concepts with confidence and clarity.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms, technologies, and consumer behaviors.
Contribute directly to agency growth through strategic support of new business opportunities and pitches.
